Our designers explored enclosures and open spaces for insights on how individuals and teams work best. The result? A collection of innovative and aesthetically pleasing pieces that ditch the restrictive grid of traditional linear planning. C9’s revolutionary articulating power rail facilitates unlimited angular configurations that provide separation without seclusion, enlarge personal space, improve sight lines, and seamlessly blend functional areas. Push button height control, freestanding personal storage that moves, and an array of privacy options all contribute to the organic flow and dynamic nature of the C9 office.
Rail System
- The C9 Rail carries more than power to the people. The rail creates a
new landscape topography. Modular by nature, the planter boxes, privacy
screens, team tables, and neighborhood light define a truly bespoke
workstation. Power and data run in separate channels hidden behind the
sliding modesty panel. Now, plug heads are out of view, but easily
accessible. The patent-pending joint that connects each rail segment can
bend from 0-90 degrees in either direction to create variable space
plans. Cables pass easily through the bending joint without pinching.
Desks - The most beautiful height-adjustable desk.The C9 Desk
reflects a Scandinavian aesthetic blending functionality with a quiet,
understated beauty. Expertly engineered, the slender steel frame
supports four powered legs capable of lifting pendant storage and
privacy screens in flow with the user. Also available in fixed height.
Screens & Accessories - C9 Screens define boundaries between
work settings. The softened geometry of the screen evokes a sense of
comfort. Pair multiple screen styles to add visual interest and function
to your C9 landscape.
Mobile Storage - The mobile cart stows neatly inside its own
garage to lock away personal files and gear, but apart each piece
provides added benefits.The cart features adjustable shelves, file
storage, and a dual coat hook. And the cart functions as an agile space
buffer during the day. The garage is a static side companion to the desk
providing space division and privacy in the open plan. With slotted
steel toppers, line of sight privacy is increased. Add-on work tools
help to organize paper and pens
Personal Storage - The C9 Trolley is more than just a home to
files and gear. The steel work tray lifts up and out to become a side
table, desk extension, or even a work surface for impromptu meetings on
the go.Trolley may also be used as collaborative seating with laptops
for when teams pull together. This open-ended use brings mobile storage
out from under the desk and into the open plan.
