VQV Furniture Group Return Policy - Returning ProductsOnce an order is shipped by the office furniture manufacturer the customer accepts all responsibility for all the Products in the order. If the customer does not, or cannot, accept the delivery of an order, the order will be returned to the manufacturer by the freight carrier. This will be deemed to be a Return which is subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all warehouse Storage Fees, Initial Delivery Charges, and Return Shipping Costs.
Product returns are accepted on Stock Items if returned undamaged in their original packaging container within 10 days of receipt. Many of our items listed are custom built (Non-Stock items) and they cannot be returned. Tables and Work Surfaces with Factory Cutouts cannot be returned. Custom-built and Built-to-Order Power Data Modules cannot be returned and refunded. If you are unsure that you are ordering the correct item, please contact our customer service department to confirm that you are ordering an item that is available to be returned. There is a 30% restocking fee for stock items that are returned AND the customer will be charged the freight charges incurred while shipping to product to the Ship To Address. Contact our customer service department directly for a Return Authorization and specific return information. Returns received without prior authorization will not be credited. No returns on Quick Ship, Assembled, Order with Factory Cutouts, or Custom Orders. No Exceptions. It is the customers responsibility to assume any and all return freight charges.
INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT - As the buyer it is your responsibility to examine the items in your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage caused by the freight company it is your responsibility to notify the freight company prior to accepting the delivery. If any concealed damage to the shipment is discovered upon opening the packaging, it is your responsibility to contact the VQV Furniture Group immediately. Please note: Once a product is received by the buyer, accepted from the freight carrier, and held beyond the 10 day Product Return period without contacting the VQV Furniture Group, the product is non-refundable and damage claims will be denied.
