VariTask E-Series Adjustable Workcenters The ergonomic desks were
built on the concept that workstations should be able to adjust to meet
individual needs- whether sitting or standing. The series has been
designed to meet the highest standards of functional and ergonomic
performance with the most cost-effective adjustable workstations on the
market.
Features:
- Drive System: 110V, 60 H input, 24V DC motor. 150 lb. capacity.
- Draws 1.2 amps under full load.
- Travel Range: 16" of vertical adjustment from 26" to 42". Full travel time is 18 seconds.
- Keyboard Surface: DataCenter mechanism adjusts from 8" below to 7" above work surface.
- Both have +15ç to -15ç tilt.
Work Surfaces: Thermally-fused low-pressure laminate with T-mold edge is standard.
- The "L" suffix indicates high pressure laminate with T-mold edge (prices shown).
- DataCenter Surface: Designated with a W in the model Number are 11"D x 27"W (minimum) for rectangular configurations.
- Kwik-Ship Finishes: Black paint, Speckled Gray Matrix and Birch thermally-fused laminate.
Mayline's Limited Lifetime WarrantyMayline Group provides its Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser. The Mayline Group warrants that its labeled products will be free from defects in design, material and workmanship. The Mayline Group will repair the product or replace it with a comparable product free of charge, subject to the normal use provision. This warranty is valid for as long as the original customer owns and used the product.
Exceptions to this warranty include: Seating mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, fabric and foam, which are warranted for one (1) year.
This warranty is void if the customer modifies the product, if attachments are made to the product, or if the product is not installed or used in accordance with Mayline Group's installation and application guidelines.
This warranty is the customer's sole remedy for product defect, and no other express or implied warranty is provided. Mayline Group shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

Low-Pressure, Thermally-Fused Laminates (TFL)
All thermally-fused laminates are available on the VariTask workstations. TFLês are shown with standard, default edging color. Edging and TFL colors can be mixed and matched at no additional charge but available only on written request.

High Pressure Laminates (HPL) - Available at additional charge.
All high pressure laminates are available on the VariTask workstations. HPLês are shown with standard, default edging color. Edging and HPL colors can be mixed and matched at no additional charge but available only on written request. Over 400 additional Wilsonart ë and Nevamarë standard HPLês available at no additional upcharge. Maximum 4-week production lead time may apply.

Features
VariTask E-Series Product Specifications
Base Structure:
All steel, construction. Columns are 16-gauge steel. Base assembly consists of welded 14-gauge legs with a12-gauge base spreader and structural 11-gauge base support. Top support is 9-gauge cold rolled steel. Decorative extruded aluminum trim panel is included. Adjustable column assembles to base assembly and top support using eight bolts (supplied) to allow for KD shipment and can ship via UPS (70 lbs.)
Drive System:
Electric 115 volt 60Hz AC input, 24V DC motor. No hydraulics, belts, weights or pulleys. System draws only 1.2 amps under full load. Capable of lifting 150 lbs. gross weight. Motor drives a steel Acme thread, linear actuator with gear reduction All components are U.L. recognized. Tested to 25,000 cycles without failure.
Glide System:
Patented glide system maximizes stability and alignment by compensating for off-center loads. No additional adjustment required throughout life cycle.
Travel Range:
16” of vertical adjustment, from 26” to 42” (with 1 1/8” thick top). Travel rate is 18 seconds (47” per minute).
Work Surfaces:
Standard surfaces are either thermally-fused melamine or high pressure laminate on 1” or 1-1/8”, respectively, medium density particle board core. Flexible PVC T-molding is standard edge treatment. Post-formed edge optional on laminate work surfaces. Rectangular or corner configurations are available in either single or dual surface. Numerous color finishes available to choose from.
Keyboard Mechanism (optional):
Optional DataCenter keyboard mechanism attaches to monitor surface to provide height adjustment 5” below to 7” above monitor surface. Full range of keyboard is 21” to 49”. Articulating mechanism also offers +15 degree to -15 degree tilt on the keyboard. Functional load is 100 lbs.
Paint Finish:
High solids polyester paint is 1.5 mil thick and baked at oven temperature of 300 degree F for a durable finish. Prior to painting, all components are cleaned via three-stage washer/sealer system.
Certifications:
Meets or exceeds appropriate ANSI/BIFMA x5.1-1993 standards.
Warranty:
Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship for both base and work surface. Electro-mechanical components have ten (10) year warranty. See warranty for specific details and limitations.
