ERG Archer Cafe Breakroom Table
Archer tables combine the best of form and function into one of our most durable and stylish models. Archer is perfect for a variety of applications from training to public spaces and dining. The fully welded arched base design is available in all of our standard powder coat finishes and makes integrating technology a breeze.
ERG Archer Square X-Base Table: 42" Sq. Standard Laminate Top, T-Mold Edge, 38"W- X-Base with Standard Powder Coat, 29"H, 90 lbs.
- Table Tops: Table top core is CARB Phase I & Phase II Compliant.
- Laminate or wood veneer and phenolic backing are glued with water based adhesive
- Base Column: 2" or 2.5" square 14 gauge steel tubing
- Base: 1" x 2" 14 gauge steel arched rectangular tubing
- Plate: 8" x 8" square, 10" x 10"square, 12" X 12" square, 14" X 14" square, 24" x 24" square
- Glides: Black adjustable self-leveling swivel glides
- Assembly: Top plate is welded to the vertical column and the vertical column is welded to the horizontal base plate. No tie rod assembly. Base mounts to tabletop with ¼-20 x 1" machine screws into metal inserts in top.
- Laminate/Veneer Selections: ERG offers over 1000 standard laminate choices from Nevamar, Wilsonart, Formica and Pionite. Wood veneer is available in transparent stain colors - custom stain matching available for an upcharge.
- Edge Selections: ERG offers a wide variety of table top edge materials including PVC, wood, aluminum and resin/urethane. Special Edge Note: When ganging or butting tables together, ERG recommends using 3MM flat edge or flat wood edge. Square tables using T-MOLD edge will have a 3” radius on all corners.

ERG International - Product Warranty
LIFETIME WARRANTY - ERG International warrants to the original purchaser of new products to be free from defects in material, workmanship and specification for a LIFETIME under conditions of normal use and maintenance. If a defect causes failure of the product or a portion of the product, ERG International at its sole discretion will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the original purchaser. This warranty policy covers furniture frames, chair frames and shells(poly/wood), soft seating frames, stationary table bases, occasional tables, beam and cluster frame and shells, springs, legs and structural components. When ordering from ERG International tops and/or bases ONLY, ERG’s standard warranty will be null & void. ERG will not be held liable for any tops or bases used in conjunction with another manufacturer’s top or base.
10-YEAR WARRANTY - ERG International warrants to the original purchaser of new products to be free from defects in material, workmanship and specification for a period of ten (10) years under conditions of normal use and maintenance, except as noted below. If such a defect causes failure of the product or a portion of the product, ERG International at its sole discretion will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the original purchaser. This warranty policy includes chair and table control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, casters and any other additional options. Plastic, laminate, power/data worksurface products, adjustable height table bases and solid surface materials are not covered by ERG International but are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY - Laminate Self-Edge on conference and occasional tables are covered for one year due to the decreased durability of laminate self edge. (ERG does not offer self-edge on cafe or training tables.)CHAIR WEIGHT LEVELSAll chairs* are rated level tested and warrantied for 350 lbs. All lounge seats are tested at 500 lbs per seat. The Teriana Midsize is rated at 500 lbs. All Bariatric seating is rated at 750 lbs.*Foray Wood Leg and Elliot Wood Leg - max weight is 250 lbs.FABRIC NOTE: Normal wear and tear over the course of ownership, including fabric puddling or damage from sharp objects is not covered by this warranty. The content of certain fabrics can cause puddling and wrinkling over which ERG has no control. Differences in climate and humidity can affect fabrics. ERG will not assume responsibility when this happens, or if customer uses non-approved cleaning solutions. For Fabric warranties, see specific textiles vendor.
WARRANTY POLICY NOTES - Any repairs made by the customer must receive specific authorization in the form of an RGA Number from ERG International, before being executed on location by purchaser. The cost of any repair must be approved by ERG International prior to any repair being completed. If at any time, the ERG product is altered or abused, then warranty is null and void.No freight charges will be paid by ERG for replacement or repairs of any parts after one (1) year of service. There are no warranties except as stated above whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. ERG International shall not be held liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.

Features
Whenever possible ERG will ship products by blanket wrapped method. All packaging materials used are corrugated cardboard which is made from 40% recycled material and can be 100% recycled after delivery, which can reduce disposal into landfills.Table top work surfaces are made primarily of sawdust generated by other wood processing operations. As a result, work surface sub-strates are approximately 90 percent reclaimed content. ERG International uses no added urea-formaldehyde table core products and we are Phase I & Phase II compliant with CARB (California Air Resource Board). Steel table bases contain a minimum of 15% pre-consumed and 25% post-consumed recycled materials. Calculations of recycled content are based on data provided by suppliers. ERG does not use ANY toxic chemicals in our manufacturing facility. ERG uses only water-based, water-soluble stains, sealers, lacquers, glues and adhesives, which all carry the Greenguard certification. Any over spray from our powder coat painting process is reclaimed and recycled back to the manufacturer. The powder coating paint process emits zero VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) making it a better choice for the environment. Through ERG’s Green Program, any potential product additions are defined by its level of sustainability in regards to longevity, making every effort to ensure all components are recyclable; i.e. wood, metal, aluminum, plastics, fabrics and foam. Our ultimate goal in manufacturing is to manage as little waste as possible in respect to energy efficiency, water savings and materials selections.
FREIGHT DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
ERG International offers a Guaranteed Safe Shipping Program to your destination provided you select our GUARANTEED VALUE FREIGHT PROGRAM. This means that if you choose our freight program, we guarantee that your furniture is free of damage. If for some reason the furniture does come in damaged, ERG will handle the complete freight claimand reship the replacement furniture to you free of charge! This is our Guaranteed Safe Shipping Program that is considered to be the best in our industry. Note: You must use ERG International’s designated freight carriers; the use of your own freight carrier voids this program. If, in the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please notify ERG Customer Service immediately upon discovery of any damages, even if the damage is “concealed damage” (no damage to boxes & packaging). PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS, Take Photos of Damaged Packaging & Products. Send to ERG Customer Service and will initiate and the process for any freight claims reported by our customers or their affiliates; i.e. warehouses or end-user. Disclaimer: ERG has the discretion to replace or repair based on the extent of the damage.
